Return & Refund Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All FableTech Group products come with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects and material quality issues:

  • Standard Products: 12-month warranty from delivery date
  • Custom Products: 6-month warranty with specific terms
  • Electronic Components: 24-month manufacturer warranty

2. Return Conditions

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues confirmed by our QC team
  • Incorrect product shipped (different from order specifications)
  • Products damaged during transit (with documented evidence)
  • Products not matching the agreed specifications

3. Return Process

  1. Request Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment
  2. Provide Documentation: Submit photos, videos, and detailed description of the issue
  3. Return Authorization: Receive RA number and shipping instructions
  4. Ship Product Back: Send the product in original packaging
  5. Quality Inspection: Our QC team will inspect within 5 business days
  6. Resolution: Replacement, repair, or refund processed accordingly

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method or account as per your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or bespoke products per your specifications
  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the buyer
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

6. Quality Guarantee

FableTech Group is committed to quality assurance. Every shipment undergoes rigorous inspection before dispatch. We maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and welcome third-party inspections.
